Once you complete the survey, keep a look out for your $50 Visa gift card to arrive by mail within a few weeks. Gift cards are limited to the first 200 fully completed bank submissions and the first respondent per bank.

We respect your bank’s privacy. We will aggerate all survey data, and we will not share your bank’s specific information with anyone outside of ICBA and ICBA Bancard.
