Introduction

The British Council India on behalf of the UK-India Education and Research Initiative (UKIERI) Secretariat has commissioned a Market Insights Study of the bilateral opportunities for UK-India collaborations in Higher Education and Research. A key objective of the Market Insights Study is to conduct a horizon scan to advise and inform the UK and India governments as to the current operative environments in Higher Education and Research in both countries, and to identify potential areas for future partnerships. As part of this study, Technopolis Ltd, an independent policy research and consulting organisation, in partnership with IPE Global is gathering views from Higher Education and Research Institutions in the UK and India.
Your participation in the survey will help gather evidence on the current status of international collaborations in Higher Education and Research in the UK and India, the appetite for future bilateral collaborations as well as what works well. It will provide you with the opportunity to inform the design of the next phase of the UKIERI.
The survey will take about 10 mins to complete. All responses and associated personal information will be treated in the strictest confidence, in line with legislation on data protection. Information will only be reported in an aggregate or anonymised form. Full details on how the study team will use this information are available at http://www.technopolis-group.com/privacy-policy/.
Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey – your participation is extremely important to inform the study.
If you have any issues or comments on the survey, please contact the study lead, Dr Anoushka Dave (anoushka.dave@technopolis-group.com).
