CN Mental Health Survey

Thank you for taking part in CN's 2022 mental health survey.

This survey is for anyone working in any job in construction. It is anonymous, there are 19 questions and it will take about five minutes to complete.

Feel free to skip any questions that you don't want to answer or are not relevant to you.

By 'mental health problem', we mean a diagnosis (made by yourself or a health professional) such as anger, depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, loneliness, stress, panic attacks or schizophrenia.

Some of the questions deal with themes that may be upsetting. To obtain support or advice, the Samaritans can be contacted by calling 116 123, and industry charity Lighthouse Club has a support line on 0345 605 1956. It can also help by text - send the message HARDHAT to 85258.
