We would be grateful if you could spare a few minutes to answer some questions about your awareness, perceptions and experiences of visiting the High Peak.
This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete depending on your answers.
This survey will be carried out according to the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct and all your answers and information you provide will be treated as anonymous and confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR legislation.
The High Peak is an area of dramatic beauty, comprising high moorland plateaus in the Dark Peak area of the Peak District National Park. It has some of the area’s finest walking and cycling routes, plus popular Peak District walks such as the numerous routes around Kinder Scout and Edale.
The High Peak also has a diverse cultural offer with vibrant market towns, charming villages, independent shops and a strong sense of community. It includes towns such as Buxton, Glossop and New Mills. The High Peak is home to some of the Peak’s most iconic villages, including Castleton, Hayfield and Edale.
The survey closes on 31st January 2025. On completing the survey, you have the opportunity to enter our prize draw to win a £30 voucher for Treak Cliff Cavern in Castleton.
The prize draw is open to all respondents who complete the survey and is subject to Visit Peak District & Derbyshire’s terms and conditions, highlighted below.

Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
Prize is non transferable, non refundable and there is no cash alternative.
Stay is subject to availability and Visit Peak District & Derbyshire’s terms and conditions.
Prize winner will be selected at random and informed within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner doesn't confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days, it will be presumed you can’t accept the prize and another entrant will be picked at random.
Prize is for £30 voucher to be redeemed on any Treak Cliff Cavern experience, redeem online no later than 31 Dec 2025.
Vouchers are single-use with no change given, vouchers are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
