Welcome to the AF Arbitrator Profile Form.
You will be asked if you want to apply for each of AF's arbitrator programs (Auto, Property (non-Auto), Property-Product Liability, PIP/New York PIP, MedPay, Special, UM). You will also be asked for years of experience and to respond to questions related to your qualifications in each program. You may select any/all programs for which you meet the required experience.
Please pay close attention to the required years of experience for each program. If you apply to that particular program and do not meet the criteria indicated, your response will not be accepted.
