Innovation Performance

Research from Professor Charles O'Reilly and Professor Mike Tushman, authors of Lead and Disrupt

In Lead and Disrupt, we described the practices that enable firms to explore into disruptive new business areas, even as they successfully operate a core business. We now want to understand more about how to make disruptive 'Explore' efforts more successful. We want to learn what it is that enables firms to ideate, incubate and scale disruptive new businesses successfully.

There are 23 questions, plus some demographics. You may choose to answer for a corporation, business unit, or sub-unit, whatever is most appropriate, but please be consistent throughout the survey.

We will publish a report of our findings later this year. Please provide your email below if you would like  a copy.
