Brandon Hall Group’s 2020 Talent Management Maturity Study seeks to understand how organizations are managing talent and adjusting their talent strategies in this tumultuous period. The goal is to understand the mission, vision and maturity of talent management, how talent processes are integrated, and the talent priorities organizations are setting. This information will help us produce resources to help organizations improve their talent management strategies in this time of ambiguity.
