HR technology has transitioned from a custodial and administrative use to a driver of business and people transformation. HR technology must play a new role leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning and other forms of automation to create a technological experience that has never been seen before. What this means for how organizations will approach their technology decision is evolving rapidly. The trend is to continue to make HR technology a more strategic component of HR.  The 2021 HR Technology survey is focused on how organizations are approaching their HR technology decisions.
