Overview
The City of Hamilton's Economic Development Division has partnered with Workforce Planning Hamilton to launch an enhanced Employer One survey to understand the needs of Hamilton based businesses and organizations over the next year and quantify the impacts that the COVID-19 pandemic. In collaboration with the Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and Flamborough Chambers of Commerce and Hamilton's 13 Business Improvement Areas (BIAs), we are endeavoring to reach as many business owner/operators in Hamilton as possible.
The following survey has 23 questions and will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. The information you provide will guide our development and implementation of activities, programs and initiatives to assist and support businesses in our community, uncover important local labour force data, trends and opportunities, and strengthen our awareness of current local issues to help target our advocacy efforts with the higher levels of government. Finally, the information provided by you and other respondents will be used to help finalize the City of Hamilton's 2021-2025 Economic Development Action Plan.
