Established in 2019, The Best Employers in Sports Award presented by FEVO, recognizes the organizations across the sports industry that are doing the best by their employees.
Our primary research partner Yrdstck has created a survey with a specific set of open ended questions designed to uncover how employees truly feel about their employer and rate their likeliness to recommend this employer to a friend or family member.
This is an anonymous 10 question survey that WILL NOT BE SHARED with any employers and it will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. The first 5 questions ask for basic information. For questions 6-10, please answer ANY questions that pertain to your personal experience with your current employer (can be a positive or negative experience.) These questions are a critical part of the survey and are designed to solicit expressive language and your honest opinion so we can gauge how you truly FEEL about your employer regarding particular topics. Responses will be evaluated using patented AI technology powered by Canvs – free from all subjectivity and human bias. There is no word count limit and you can even use slang, text abbreviations, sarcasm or emojis to describe your feelings!
