Thank you for your interest in The Service Council's research on workforce and talent management. The purpose of this survey is to dig deeper into strategies adopted by organizations to develop the 'right' field service workforce. As such, this survey will cover topics on hiring, selection, on boarding, training, knowledge retention and more.

This is the first of two surveys on the topic of workforce management and focuses on your own W-2 employees. A second survey that touches upon trends in outsourcing and the use of a contingent workforce will be available in July.

To thank you for your participation, we will provide you with access to all published research when it becomes available over the course of the next 30-60 days. If you have any questions about the research, please contact Sumair Dutta at sd@servicecouncil.com
