ATA's Technology & Maintenance Council “TMC Leaders of Tomorrow Leadership Program” identifies and cultivates the next generation of TMC leaders and the transportation industry through professional development opportunities.

Candidates for the program must:

Be employed by a company who has an employee who is a TMC member
Be nominated by direct supervisor or company executive
Have attended three of four consecutive TMC general meetings prior to admission in the program (exceptions made on a case-by-case basis under certain extenuating circumstances.)
Commit to attend four scheduled meetings once in the program
Complete a capstone group project by the end of the two-year program.

NOTE: Graduates are expected to assume leadership roles in the Council.

Candidates should have less than 10 years experience in the trucking industry and/or be under 40 years of age.
