ATA's Technology & Maintenance Council “TMC Leaders of Tomorrow Leadership Program” identifies and cultivates the next generation of TMC leaders and the transportation industry through professional development opportunities.
Candidates for the program must:
· Be employed by a company who has a TMC member.
· Be nominated by direct supervisor or company executive
· Commit to attend four scheduled meetings
· Be employed by a company who has a TMC member.
· Be nominated by direct supervisor or company executive
· Commit to attend four scheduled meetings
Candidates should have less than 10 years experience in the trucking industry and/or be under 40 years of age.
