Hook & Cook Pre-Registration

We appreciate your interest in an upcoming Hook & Cook program, which will provide participants with essential information about pursuing and harvesting their own fish--a renewable source of healthful, natural meat. This program is intended for adults who have little or no experience with fishing. You will also be invited to participated in a social networking group to share information and experiences, and learn about other related fishing or hunting opportunities for new or novice participants.

Please complete the following required information to pre-register for the event. The only registration cost is purchase of a Kentucky Annual Fishing License of some kind, from which you will need to enter your License Number in the form below. (A resident Annual Fishing License is $20 at fw.ky.gov. If you wish to keep trout that you catch, you will also need a $10 Trout Stamp unless you purchase a Sportsman's License for $95 or a Senior/Disabled License for $5, both of which include the Trout Permit.)
