The Canso Peninsula Fisheries Heritage Centre has contracted 21FSP Advisory to develop a Business Plan and Feasibility Study for the proposed Canso Fisheries Heritage Centre.
The Centre will tell the story of Canso's fisheries history, from the 1500s to the present day. The envisioned Centre would be ~5,000 sq. ft., and would include a welcome centre with fisheries heritage exhibits, restrooms, a cafe and gift shop, a cluster of kiosks, and would be located along the waterfront.
This survey is for community members in Canso or the surrounding area, or those who have a connection to Canso.
The survey asks questions about how you would use the Centre, how you think it will impact visitation to Canso, and benefits of the Centre.
